Hi all It *looks* as if exporting, deleting, and re-importing the remote UserSource has fixed things. I still don't have any idea what when wrong, though. I can't check properly now, as our international connectivity (through NY) has been hovering around 100b/s for a couple of days, and is completely down right now .. Jean
