Co-operative multitasking: @task, resume(), Pause, and Value()
...and still under 700 lines of code.  Except for timing, I/O,
and Twisted integration (which will all go in TrellisIO), the
Trellis is now a compelling replacement for the entire legacy
peak.events package.
