Enhanced 'peak help' to search 'peak.api' and 'peak' packages as well as
absolute imports, URLs, and the 'peak.running.shortcuts' and 'peak.help'
property namespaces.  Now 'peak help runIni' says something useful, though
'peak help n2' is a bit cryptic.  :)
