Extended the MMX DTD to include a "required" flag on both association roles
and attributes, and added a "kind" field to attributes, to make MMX capable
of fully specifying the structural aspect of the MOF metamodel.  Also
renamed generated 'Abstract' class flag to 'isAbstract', for better naming
alignment with the MOF and UML.
