Name changes:

    Singleton        -- Instance

    ISingleton       -- IComponentInstance

    isSingleton      -- isComponentInstance

    isSingletonClass -- shouldBeInstantiated

Change made because in future, these will *not* be singletons, just objects
which are instantiated when built.  And they're not really singletons right
now, anyway...
