Added even more documentation, and ability for Templates to support
addition.  Internal docs for the component microkernel are probably
reaching diminishing returns, as the concepts are esoteric enough to need
good examples, and good examples won't exist until there's code in TW that
makes good use of the microkernel.  (Aside from the test suite, which is
incomprehensible as an example of actual use!)
