[PEAK] AddOn.exists_for

When checking for exising addon to value of a base type it throws an
exception instead of returning False.

>>> from peak.util.addons import AddOn
>>> AddOn.exists_for(1)
Traceback (most recent call last):
....
TypeError: cannot create weak reference to 'int' object
